January 1st – December 31st
2024 was another busy year for real estate in the Pembina Valley! Sales activity increased by 11% in Winkler, 14% in Morden, and approximately 4% in Altona.
Average sale prices in Winkler saw a 4.6% increase, Altona stayed relatively the same as 2023, and Morden saw a boost of 6.7% over 2023!
Homes sold faster on average in 2024 than 2023 in all 3 communities! This is largely due to low inventory and lots of demand across all price points.
With interest rates dropping and demand remaining high across all price points, we anticipate a busy start to 2025.
