Summary
In most cases the local Real Estate market continues to favour the sellers. Few listings available and plenty of buyers looking often results in quick sales and bidding wars. However, the market seems to be shifting. With rising interest rates we’re anticipating buyers motivation to decrease slightly as costs of homeownership continue to increase.
