Courtney grew up in Altona where she and her husband are now raising their two daughters. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Marketing, before pursuing a career in commercial real estate and project management. After taking some time to be home with her family, she is now excited to help clients find their new home. Courtney enjoys camping, trying new recipes, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Nic began his career at Choice Realty in 2015 and became partners in Choice Realty’s ownership in 2022. However, after being raised by the previous owner Nic feels as if he’s been in the real estate industry his whole life! After majoring in Marketing at Red River College, Nic worked at a local marketing agency, and then in property management making him familiar with residential tenancy laws and investment properties. He loves the challenge that each day brings in this industry and is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals. In his spare time, Nic enjoys spending time with his wife Maria and their two kids, watching sports, drinking great coffee, and experimenting with food on his smoker.
