Market Update
January 1st – June 30th
The number of sales in Winkler is up about 11%, Altona is up about 16%, and Morden is down by 27%.
Average sale prices in Winkler and Altona stayed relatively the same, with Morden being up about 10%. The reason the average sale price has increased in Morden so substantially is likely due to being down 27% in the number of sales, which means buyers have less options coming up to purchase, resulting in increased demand, which drives up prices.
Homes are selling faster in all 3 communities, with Winkler and Altona selling in almost half the amount of time than in 2024.
