This Waiver and Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned Participant (or the Parent/Guardian if the Participant is a minor) and Choice Realty regarding the use of the Choice Mini Market trailer (the “Trailer”), which is provided free of charge for use by children and families to sell crafts, food/beverages, and other small business items.

1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
  • I (or my child/children) am voluntarily using the Choice Mini Market trailer.
  • I assume all risks associated with this activity, including but not limited to injury, property damage, theft, or loss.
  • Choice Realty, its employees, owners, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for any injury, accident, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the Trailer or its equipment.
  • I hereby waive, release, and discharge Choice Realty from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from or in connection with the use of the Trailer.
2. Responsibility for Damages

I agree to be responsible for any and all damage to the Trailer or its contents caused during my period of use, whether accidental or intentional.

3. Supervision

Children using the Trailer must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Choice Realty is not responsible for supervising children or overseeing activities.

4. Cleaning & Housekeeping Instructions

To ensure a pleasant experience for all users:

  • All garbage and recycling must be removed from the Trailer after use.
  • All surfaces (tables, shelves, etc.) must be wiped clean.
  • No permanent decorations or signage may be added to the Trailer.
  • Any spills or messes must be cleaned immediately.
  • All personal belongings and products must be removed before the scheduled pickup time.

Failure to leave the Trailer clean may result in the loss of future use privileges.

5. Scheduling & Cancellation
  • Users must schedule the Trailer in advance with Choice Realty.
  • If unable to use the Trailer as scheduled, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Choice Realty reserves the right to deny, cancel, or revoke the use of the Choice Mini Market trailer at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, concerns about safety, weather conditions, inappropriate use, failure to follow rules, or any other reason deemed necessary by Choice Realty. Any decision made by Choice Realty regarding trailer use is final and not subject to appeal.
6. Safety and Prohibited Uses
  • No open flames, heaters, or cooking appliances are permitted inside the Trailer.
  • No smoking, vaping, or use of alcohol or drugs is permitted.
  • Use of the Trailer for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose is strictly prohibited.
