Don currently resides in Winkler with his wife Melody, and he brings a vast amount of experience into the Real Estate business. He has worked in roles of sales/service and management within the farming community for 17 years, and the Residential Building Industry for 19 years. Over the years he and his wife have also designed and built 6 homes of their own in their “spare time” in addition to the countless house construction projects he has managed professionally. Given his experience, it was a natural fit for Don to become a Realtor, where he could continue to help people with their housing needs. Outside of work, you will find Don spending time with his family, including his grandchildren, and enjoying riding adventures on his motorcycle together with friends. Don’s core values include Faith, Integrity, Commitment, and Courage.

Dave has lived in Winkler for over 30 years, where he and his wife Lesley have raised their two children. Dave is the broker/managing partner at Choice Realty and has been part of the Choice Realty team since 2005. He began managing operations in 2014 before becoming partners with Nic Friesen in 2022. Apart from the real estate industry, Dave has business experience in retail, property management, and business consulting. In his down time, Dave enjoys spending time with his family at their lakeside cottage.
